Returns

In the unlikely case you are unhappy with anything you ordered from us, we have a 30-day return policy that begins the day your order is delivered. This means you have 30 days once you have received the item to request a return. Instructions on how to conduct your return are included below.

But first, the product you wish to return must meet our requirements before becoming eligible for a return. Your item must be in unused or in new-like condition and we are unable to accept returns that are washed, stained, abused, or are otherwise damaged. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase to be approved for a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at pstvtybrdspstvty@gmail.com. Please use this template as the subject line, "PBP Return: _________", and include your order number in the blank space. In the email please include a picture of the item(s) you wish to return and a brief description as to why you believed the item to be unsatisfactory, or if we can do anything to prevent having to return the item. 

Once a request for a return is placed you should hear back from us within 48 hours regarding the status of your return. When your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The cost of the postage will be deducted from your refund unless the return of the item is our fault. The shipping method will be, "Standard: 3 to 4 business days", which costs $4.90 and will be deducted from your refund. Again, we are happy to cover the cost of shipping if the reason for the return of the item is our fault. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, or having been previously denied, will not be accepted. In the off chance your return request is denied, we will provide an explanation as to why the item you wished to return did not meet our requirements. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and a refund was issued, please contact us at pstvtybrdspstvty@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue. In the off chance your refund is denied, and you wish to have your item returned to you, you will need to cover the cost of postage.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item and we will ship that order to you as our top priority. A refund will be issued but will most likely not be available to you for up to 10 days, depending on your bank or credit card company and their processing times. 

Each item is carefully inspected before being packaged and sent to our customers. Here at PBP we pride ourselves in ensuring you will receive all of the items you purchased and in a timely manner. As a general rule of advice, please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have yet to encounter this issue but just in case there is a mixup we want to correct it as soon as possible so you can get back to spreading positivity.
