Processing Time

We are able to process most orders within 1 business day, but please be understanding if it takes further time to get your order shipped.

Our shipping occurs Monday thru Saturday. Orders placed after 2pm on Saturday will be processed as priority in the order received on the following Monday.

Processing and delivery times are exclusively estimates, which means your order might arrive before or after the estimated time of arrival. 

Delivery Times

Our estimated delivery times included in each product description include a processing time of 1-2 business days. This is a precaution due to delays in shipping - orders normally arrive a few days sooner than the estimated arrival time. The quickest delivery option we offer, "Standard: 3 to 4 business days",  will be shipped as top priority and will most likely arrive sooner than the estimated time of arrival. This is not a guarantee as the quoted arrival times are merely estimates. 

With orders $100.00 and up you can select a shipping option of free, "Economy: 5-8 business days". This delivery time is similar to the, "Standard: 3 to 4 business days", in that is is also an estimated delivery time and not guaranteed. Similarly, as this is an estimate, orders shipped with the option, "Economy: 5 to 8 business days", will most likely arrive sooner than the estimated time of arrival.
